Birth Doula Package: $3500

The birth of your baby is the most memorable day of your life! As your doula, I believe that your wishes for your birth experience matter and my goal is to be your advocate as you hone your body’s natural ability to bring your child into the world. With this package you will have the support of both myself and a partner doula on your birth team. We will conduct prenatal and postpartum visit(s) together and one or both of us will attend your birth in 12 hour shifts.

Complimentary Interview

Our initial interview will be the time to discuss your history and desired birth experience. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about my role and the purposes of my services as a doula and to find out if we are a good fit! After our meeting I will email you my list of services and pricing. If we decide to move forward I will send you my agreement followed by the initial invoice.

Prenatal Visits

Once we have decided that we are a good match we will schedule our first prenatal visit. During these meetings we will discuss your ideal birth experience, ways in which you feel best supported, and techniques for your partner to help you during labor and birth. I like to plan a second visit around 36 weeks to go over different comfort measures, breathing rhythms, and to foster a dynamic of safety exploring your preferences.

Unlimited Call/Text Support

You have my continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your journey. I am ready and available to help answer any questions and concerns you might have, and to provide beneficial resources. For non-urgent matters I am available during normal business hours via call, text, or email. For labor support I am on-call and available to you 2 weeks prior to your due date until you have your baby. I place all of my clients on Emergency Bypass so that my phone will ring if you call.

On-call Labor/Delivery Support

I am on-call and available to you upon 38 weeks prior to your due date. My goal as your doula is to provide a sense of safety and empowerment as you go into your labor and birth. I will be present with you throughout the active labor process and advocate for your choices. I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after your baby is born.

Within the first week or so after your baby is born, we will meet for a Postpartum Visit to review your birth, overall experience, and to check in on the well-being of you and your family. My hope during this meeting is to be a source of validation and encouragement as you start life with your new baby.

My aim is to ease your mind as you and your baby get to know one another and to help you feel confident as a parent.

*Note I will have limited availability for postpartum services in 2025 as I plan to focus on more birth work.

Our initial interview will be a time to discuss the needs of your family and to decide if we are a good match! We will talk over your expectations and required hours of support. Every family is unique and as your doula I provide flexibility as you adapt to your new roles.

Overnight Support

Nighttime is often the hardest adjustment for postpartum families! As your postpartum doula I also provide in-home overnight support which includes helping the birthing parent nurse the baby, and then changing, settling, and putting the baby back to sleep. If you have decided to bottle feed, I will care for the baby throughout the night.
